Austrian construction market study completed (26/05/2010) |

On 26.05.2010 the analysis of the Austrian construction market was successfully completed.
Not only the Austrian construction market were analyzed but the various vendors and manufacturers of prefabricated houses in Austria, to compare models of the planned house types in respect to the use of HolzSchaBe material.
Both statistical and individual records and structures of the current Austrian construction industry were critically analyzed and summarized.
An survey of building societies conducted Austria-wide rounded out the overall picture of the Austrian construction market structure.

On 09.04.2010, the TOB - Technology Offensive Burgenland published another article about the HolzSchaBe project as part of their work to publicize the project. The article was published online on the TOB portal.

As of today, the HolzSchaBe project homepage is activated on the CERE web site.
In addition to the current project news, in future project outputs and results will also be available as downloads.
Ongoing updates and interesting reports from the consortium will also be available.

At the 3rd Project Meeting in 2009, the current state of activities, the first sample of the HolzSchaBe mix was shown and discussed. Also, the current status of the ERDF contract and the respective FLC systems on both sides of the border were discussed.

The TOB - Technology Offensive Burgenland hosted the 2nd Partners meeting in Eisenstadt (Austria). The current status, recent developments and the further steps of the project were discussed and coordinated with the project partners.
